Features added

Events can only be added for present day

Earlier, it was possible to add past events for up to two days after the event date.

Now, the past events for the current day can only be added. The change can be seen in two ways:

Creating new events:

While creating new events, user can now select current date or any future date. They will not be able to select any past date.

Moving Lead to Meeting Done/Visit Done:

While moving a lead to Meeting Done or Visit Done, users are asked to enter meeting details or site-visit details. 

Users will not be able to select any date apart from current date. This implies that a lead needs to be moved to Meeting Done or Visit Done on the same day of the meeting or site-visit.

Events for a day consolidated to only four events visible at a time:

User calendar displays events for each day. For each day, only up to four events will be displayed. If more than four events are scheduled for the day, it displays only four of them with a "View all" button underneath. When clicked, it displays all the events scheduled for the day.

New reason added "Delayed due to Corona Virus" under Lost Interest

Due to COVID-19 outbreak, leads might not turn up for site visit, face 2 face meeting and might ask the Agents / RMs  to cancel the event. Hence, they might lose their leads and will not any appropriate option except marking them failed and choosing a random reason from the given options.

To avoid inappropriate selection in "Mark as Failed" under "Choose reasons" category, a new reason has been added under "Lost Interest" which is "Delayed due to Corona Virus". 

On selection of this valid reason, a TL will have clear understanding of failed reason on leads with "Delayed due to Corona virus" which can be "re churned" later.

Bug Fixes

Document upload size issue resolved, Limit increased to 25MB:

Documents upload for a particular lead after a lead is moved to Final Negotiation or Booking Done, had issues with respect to the size of  the documents. The size limit for documents has been increased to 25MB.

Sales Connect App issues resolved

App users using Redmi variants and Android V.6 or V.7 were facing issues with Sales Connect App. They were getting frequent message " Sales Connect not working". This issue has now been resolved.

Home screen "Events for today" changed to "Upcoming events for today"

App Home screen displays all the upcoming events for today. The marker on the screen has been changed from "Today you have" to "Upcoming events for today" to avoid miscommunication.
