Now, get more information in the lead dump download along with easy to follow column names. Check out list below for more.

Features and Improvements:

    1. Added a new column - "Comment for failure at sales" in the lead data dump.

    2. Added new data fields (captured from the Site Digitalisation and Sales App ) in lead data dump.

    3. Downloaded CSV file will have the same header names as seen on the dashboard.

    4. Reports downloaded CSV filename will have a meaningful name now.

    5. Renamed column "Sales Revenue Generated" to "Sales Value Generated".

    6. Renamed column "Bookings" to "In Bookings Done".

Bug Fixes: 

    1. Removed "Cancelled Bookings" and "Final Negotiation" counts from the "Total Bookings".

    2."Sales Value Generated" count will show the sum of sales value from all the valid bookings applications.

    3. Issue resolved where patch-out leads count was wrong on the overview page.

Features Added: 

1. Added a new column - "Comment for failure at sales" in the lead data dump.

This added column will show the comment added by the sales agent while failing a lead.

2. Added new data fields (captured from the Site Digitalisation and Sales App ) in lead data dump.

3. Downloaded CSV file will have the same column header names as shown on dashboard.

Earlier, after downloading the report data columns fields names were different from the actual column header names - i.e. planned_f2f, planned_fu, planned_revisits, etc...

OLD DOWNLOADED COLUMN DATA FIELDS NAMES -  

Now, when if the user downloads the data dump, names of the column fields will be alike - F2F planned, FU Planned, Revisits Planned, etc...

NEW DOWNLOADED COLUMN DATA FIELDS NAMES -

4. Reports downloaded CSV filename will have a meaningful name now.

Earlier, on downloading the CSV file the name used to start with a random filename.

For Example - 5124458021.csv

Now, the file name pattern is changed. For example - if the user downloads agent performance (WIP) report it would be - Agent-Performance (WIP)-report-data-1595223096.csv (suffixed with the timestamp).

5. Column "Sales Revenue generated" renamed to "Sales Value Generated".

The "Sales Revenue Generated" column name is changed to "Sales Value Generated". 

Notes - The Sales Value Generated column shows the sum of the total agreement value mentioned in all the booking applications. This is not the partial payment information like Token amount.

6. Renamed column "Bookings" to "In Bookings Done".

As, "In Booking Done" means -> Number of leads currently in the Booking Done stage. 

Bug Fixes: 

1. Removed "Cancelled Bookings" and "Final Negotiation" counts from the "Total Bookings".

On click on the "Total Bookings" column, the user will not see the "Cancelled Bookings" and "Final Negotiation" count.

2. "Sales Value generated" will show the sum of values from all the valid bookings applications.

The "Sales Value Generated" will show the sum of sales value from all the valid bookings applications.

For example - If a lead has booked 2 flats of Rs. 50 Lakhs each. The "Sales Value generated" will show the total amount of Rs. 1 Crore.

3. Issue resolved where patch-out leads count was wrong on the overview page.

Mismatch on Patchout Given leads count data is now fixed.
