Demand Cancellation

Overview

Demands once generated can be cancelled, only in cases of wrong amount or demands generated for a wrong milestone.

How to cancel demands

  1. Go to All booking under Post Sales and locate the 3-dot menu () and select Cancel Demands




  1. Now filter the booking based on the Milestone Stage, where demand needs to be cancelled,





  1. All booking will be filtered and shown based on the selected Milestone Stage, select the booking where demands need to cancelled and select them, Alternatively you can select all if all demands needs to be cancelled for a particular milestone stage.




4.  Now Select cancel Demands and a pop up window will open prompting to enter the reason for Cancellation (Notes are mandatory in this section)


After adding cancellation reason, the ‘Cancel’ option will  be highlighted to cancel the demands




5. Post cancellation a toast message will be displayed ‘ Demand cancelled successfully’ and a confirmation email will also be sent to the user.






Note: Booking cancellation will also result in demand cancellation.
