Column | Description |
Upcoming events | Shows all the upcoming events (follow-ups, face-to-face, & site visits) for the same day. |
Outdated events | Scheduled events that are either missed by the agents or agents have forgotten to mark them as done despite completing the event. |
Ignored leads | The lead will be marked as ignored if it is lying in the same bucket for more than 24 hrs; the sales agent has missed follow-ups with the lead; the sales agent has not scheduled any event with the lead, or there is no future event scheduled for the lead. |
Fresh | Pending leads that the agent needs to claim to move ahead in the lead's journey. |
Claimed | Leads that are claimed by the agent using the Sales app. |
Interested | Leads that show their interest in the property. |
Meeting done | Face-to-face or virtual meeting with the lead is completed. |
Visit done | Lead has visited the property. |
Final negotiation | The lead is negotiating after completing the visits & confirming the property. |
Booking done | The booking with the lead is closed. |
Failed | Leads that are marked failed by the agents during the lead's journey. |
3. Event Scheduling
From the bottom navigation bar, click on the 'calendar' icon to view or schedule various events with the interested leads from the Sales App.
Types of events you can view or schedule:
- Follow up
- Face-to-face
- Site visits

4. Search Filters
The agent can search leads by applying several filters in the Sales Agent application.
These filters are:
Column | Description |
Project | Agents can search for leads from specific projects. |
Event type | Agents can search the leads having scheduled events (Follow-up, face-to-face, & site visits). |
Event status | This will show leads according to missed, planned, or completed events. |
Event date | Agents can filter leads depending on the scheduled events on an ongoing day, ongoing week, or ongoing month. |
Lead type | It shows the lead category their potential to convert on the basis of cold, warm, & hot. |
Lead source | It includes parameters (Missed calls, patch-outs, transferred, digital inquiries, & self-creation) for filtering the leads. |
Lead status | It shows leads according to their present status i.e. claimed, interested, meeting done, visit done, negotiation, booking done, & failed. |
Lead claim date | Agents can filter the leads depending on the lead claimed date. It includes parameters like ongoing day, ongoing week, ongoing month, & previous day. |

5. In-App Notifications
You can view in-app notifications by tapping the 'Bell' icon on the bottom navigation bar.

6. Others
In the bottom navigation bar, when you click on the ‘3 vertical dots’, it will take you to other quick actionable.
Note: - Reimbursements & incentives will only be visible to the agents from ANAROCK & Trespect. - Inventory will only appear if it is integrated with your project. |
