1. Overview
You can easily set up an account on Exotel with the following 3 steps.
- Creating an account
- Uploading KYC documents
- Signing authority details
Upon creating an account, you will be able to use all the features of paid account during the 7-day trial period.
2. Creating the Exotel Account
I. Visit the Exotel Registration page with this link.
II. Add all the account creation details and then click on the ‘Start My Free Trial’ button.
Details:
- Name
- Company Name
- Phone Number
- Primary Country of Operation
- Products Interested
- Industry
III. Once the account gets created, you need to verify your number by giving a missed call to the number shown in the pop-up.
Alternatively, you can check this link for more details on number verification.
IV. Once the number is verified, you can proceed with the KYC documents mentioned in the next section.
3. KYC Documents
Upon creating the Exotel account, you need to proceed with the KYC verification by uploading all the required documents.

I. Login to your Exotel account dashboard.
II. Click on the ‘My Account’ in the top right corner.
III. Click on the ‘Kyc Docs’ on the left sidebar.
IV. Tap on the ‘Click to Upload File’ button against each of the mentioned documents.
V. Upload the respective documents.
VI. After completing the KYC Upload Document process, you have to add the signing authority details in the ‘Company Info’ section.
