This article aims to provide an understanding of notifications received in the Pulse app, and what they represent.
Types of notifications captured in the Pulse app
The Pulse app is intended to give a quick overview of agents' pending action items pertaining to either client calls or visits. This would help the Team Lead identify open opportunities and action items, and follow up with agents to close them.
Broadly, there are three types of notifications available in the Pulse app:
Dismissible notifications
Notification | Timing of the notification | Action required |
Site visit / revisit cancelled by agent | Immediately after the SV/RV is cancelled by the agent | None |
Lead with a scheduled Site visit has been moved to Failed | Immediately after the lead with a scheduled SV has been moved to failed | None |
Non-dismissible notifications
Notification | Timing of the notification | Action required |
Lead claimed but not called | At a frequency of 15 minutes, for leads that were not called for 15 minutes after being claimed. | Make a successful call to the lead |
Follow up missed | Once per day. A follow-up missed today would show in the notification the next day. | Make a successful call to the lead and mark the follow up as done |
SV/RV/F2F missed | Once every hour, for scheduled events that haven't been updated for more than one hour after completion of event. | Update scheduled event |
Lead in Claimed for more than 3 days | 3 days after the lead has remained in the Claimed bucket | Schedule event or change the bucket of the lead |
Lead in Interested for more than 7 days and no events scheduled | 7 days after the lead has remained in Interested with no SV/RV/F2F scheduled | Schedule an event |
SV planned but not updated for 2 weeks | 2 weeks after a scheduled SV has elapsed but wasn't updated | Update the SV as done |
F2F planned but meeting not done for 3 days | 3 days after a scheduled F2F has elapsed but hasn't been updated | Update the F2F as done |
In Visit Done for more than 2 weeks and no FU/RV scheduled | 2 weeks after a lead has moved to the Visit Done bucket and has no future FU/RV scheduled | Schedule a F2F or RV |
Lead in Meeting Done for more than 1 week and no future event planned | 1 week after a lead has moved to Meeting Done and has no future events scheduled | Schedule an event |
Sticky notifications
Notification | Timing of the notification | Action required |
Number of fresh leads | Constant | None, but number of fresh leads would be updated once they've been claimed by the agents |
