1. Overview

Inventory_owner can view the current status of the inventory (available, booked, blocked, or unavailable), unit details, pricing, & payment plans with Inventory Web View. 


Before accessing Inventory Web View, Inventory_owner needs to ask the ANAROCK CRM SPOC to integrate the inventory for their respective projects/mandatory. 


Note: The ANAROCK CRM Team SPOC will share the link for the Inventory Web View.



2. Steps To View Inventory Details

I. Open the Inventory Web View with the link shared with you by the SPOC from ACRM.


II. Click on the Tower for which you want to check the inventory option.


III. You can apply the Filters as required to view the inventory.

Available Filters are:

- Configuration

- Floor Number

- Budget

- Status


IV. Click on the respective unit to view the quotation details and then tap on the inventory card at the bottom to view the quotation details.


V. Now you can check the Unit Details, Pricing, and Payment Plan for the selected unit.


Note: Click on the Arrow option as highlighted in the above screenshot to check more details for Unit Details, Pricing, or Payment Plans.




3. Frequently Asked Questions


1. How can I update quotation details like unit details, pricing, or payment plans in the web view?

-> Inventory_owner can only view the current status of the inventory along with the quotation details from the Inventory Web View. 


2. How can Inventory_Owner update the inventory details?

-> Inventory_owner can add or update inventory details from the  Inventory Settings.

3. How can Inventory_Owner book or block the unit?

-> Inventory_owner can book or block the unit from the Sales Agent App.
