2. Steps To Access Inventory Settings

I. Open the Inventory Settings from the link shared with you by the SPOC at ACRM.


II. Choose the project from the dropdown.


III. You can access the Inventory settings.





IV. Click on the Edit button to update the inventory settings. 


Note: You cannot edit/update any details on the Inventory Settings if you do not click on the Edit button as shown in the above screenshot.




3. Steps To Edit User Permissions

I. Open the Inventory Settings from the link shared with you by the SPOC at ACRM.


II. Choose the project from the dropdown.


III. Click on the Edit button to update the inventory settings. 



IV. Click on the Proceed button in the pop-up.



V. Follow the steps as shown below.


Note: 

- All the users added will only appear in the User section in the Inventory Settings.

- You cannot add a new user from the User Section in the Inventory settings.




4. Steps To Edit Milestones Description


I. Open the Inventory Settings from the link shared with you by the SPOC at ACRM.


II. Choose the project from the dropdown.


III. Click on the Edit button to update the inventory settings. 


IV. Click on the Proceed button in the pop-up.


V. Scroll down to the Milestone section & then click on the ‘edit’ option against the respective Milestone.


VI. Update the Milestone description in the pop-up & click on the Save button.


VII. Click on the ‘Update’ button to save the details.


5. Frequently Asked Questions


1. How to make any unit available or unavailable?

-> 

A. Method 1

I. Go to the front end of the legacy inventory with this link: https://dashboard.anarock.com/inventory/<enter your supply entity id>


II. Go to the Configure (at the top bar) -> Configure (in the relevant sector) -> Configure (in the relevant tower) -> Configure floors -> Select the floor & then click the continue -> Change the unit status -> Click on the save


B. Method 2

Download the CSV file -> Update the unit with the status -> Upload the updated CSV.

Note: You cannot change the unit details if the unit has an active quotation or booking.



2. How to get the supply-entity-id?


-> Follow the below-mentioned steps to get the supply-entity-id of your inventory.


I. Go to the Inventory Settings with this link: https://dashboard.anarock.com/settings/inventory/<enter your assignment-id>


II.  Select the relevant project.


III. Scroll down to the bottom section of the Inventory Settings and then click on the 'View Inventory' option.



IV. The last 4-6 characters after the '/' in the URL of the View Inventory will be the supply-entity-id.




3. How to change the unit's original price?


-> Only users with inventory_owner access can change the unit's original price. 


-> You can follow the below-mentioned methods to change the unit's original price.


I. Go to the Inventory Settings with this link: https://dashboard.anarock.com/settings/inventory/<enter your assignment-id>


II.  Select the relevant project.


III. Scroll down to the bottom section of the Inventory Settings and then click on the 'View Inventory' option.


IV. Select the relevant unit and open unit details.


V. Change the "src=app" -> "src=dashboard" in the URL.


VI. Click on the 'Modify Pricing' button.


VII. Change the prices & click on the Save.


B. Method 2


I. Upload the CSV with the revised pricing.



4. How to change the payment plan for the units?


I. Go to the inventory settings & choose the project from the dropdown.


II. Click on the Inventory setup button. 

III. Create a new payment plan on the inventory setup modal in the inventory settings.

IV. Update the new unit details sheet with the new payment plan and proceed.
